Eastern Cape Stewardship

Conservation Outcomes is supporting the implementation of the Biodiversity Stewardship mechanism in the Eastern Cape, as a means of securing new protected areas and thereby the important biodiversity values of these sites. We engage with landowners who have expressed an interest to pursue protection for their land, and support them in the Biodiversity Stewardship process. Conservation Outcomes is working with a number of landowners across the province, working closely with the Eastern Cape Parks & Tourism Agency in securing these new protected areas.
