Cape Floristic Region Partnership

The old CAPE (Cape Action Plan for People and the Environment) programme has been given new life, and reinitiated into the Cape Floristic Region Partnership, of which Conservation Outcomes is a registered partner. Through funding from the Table Mountain Fund, BirdLife South Africa and Conservation Outcomes are playing the role of the secretariate, coordinating the broad partnership, focusing on the growth of the Partnership into a thriving collaboration, contributing to the conservation of the Cape Floristic region.
